Returns merchandise.

Products must be returned undamaged and complete with all tags, not worn and / or washed, otherwise it will be rejected and sent back to the sender load.


!! IMPORTANT PARCEL IN RETURN ALONG WITH THE GOODS MUST BE RETURNED RECEIPT ORIGINAL


Returned Goods Procedure


(1) LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Click on LOGIN at the top right on the home page www.ejeans.it login with your personal details and click on HISTORICAL AND DETAILS ORDER; ORDERS on or in the "My Account" at the bottom of the page.

Select the order for which you want to make the return, the items inside it and why they're returning
At the end of the procedure in the section RETURN OF MY PRODUCTS find all the requests that the required return and their progress.


(2) PRINT DOCUMENTS

Upon receiving the e-mail with the acceptance of restitution download and print the returns form attached to the email, which you will need to add it together with the goods in the package with attached original receipt.
 
(3) PACKING ITEMS

Enter the product packaged and RETURNS FORM and THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT in a box, possibly the original. Make sure that it is properly sealed.
IMPORTANT (foreign customer): write on the package "CUSTOMS DECLARATION: RETURN TO SENDER"

(4) GET A REFUND

Once you have received the goods and you have verified your return, we will proceed to reimburse the returned items.
If at the time of purchase, the product was paid by Credit Card by PAYPAL refund will be made with a credit on your credit card or your PayPal account.
If at the time of purchase, the product was paid by bank transfer refund will be made by bank transfer with a credit on your account.
