Right of withdrawal:

Sales of products via the Internet are regulated in Articles 50 to 68 ("distance contracts") of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation provides for the consumer the right to terminate the contract or proposed contract, guaranteeing the right to return the product purchased and to obtain reimbursement of expenses incurred.
The right of withdrawal can not be exercised if the product is not intact, namely:

     in absence of the original;
     in the absence of elements of the product;
     for damage to the product.

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (individuals who purchase goods for purposes not related to his profession, trade or business), so it can not be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes relating to their professional activity.

The costs of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.

Once the goods arrived at our warehouse, it will be examined for any damages not caused by transport. After checking the integrity of the goods, we will credit you the amount already paid by bank transfer to the account you indicated to our Customer Service.
The reimbursement covers all monies paid and will be paid no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods. In the case where the user opts for the replacement of the product, the cost of sending the new product will be borne by him.
