The general conditions of sale are the standard mail order followed by the major international and requirements for the protection of the client.

All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.

If paying by cash ejeans.it contact the customer by phone or email before shipping, if the customer is not contactable result, the order after 3 days will be rescinded and the goods will be relisting.

Terms of Payment:
Payment can be made by: Bank transfer in advance, PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express) associated with paypal, PostePay, COD (cash on delivery)
Note: For foreign orders are only accepted payment through Bank Transfer, or PayPal.
Delivery and shipping of products:
ejeans.it will endeavor to meet your requirements and ship your order the same day or the following working day. If you place the order before 12:00, ejeans.it will make every effort to ship items the same day as requested. Once shipped the goods, the delivery is made in 48/72 hours in Italy by courier SDA spa.
WITHDRAWAL WITHIN: All our products can be collected from our office.
Note: For foreign orders shipping is done via SDA or Italian Post Office: Delivery within 7- days. working.
Right of withdrawal:
Sales of goods over the internet are regulated in Articles 50 to 68 ("distance contracts") of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation provides for the consumer the right to terminate the contract or proposed contract, guaranteeing the right to return the product purchased and the reimbursement of expenses incurred.
The right of withdrawal can not be exercised if the product is not intact, that is:

for damage to the product.

The request must indicate the IBAN of the bank account where the customer wants to receive a credit for the amount paid for the purchase of goods returned.
The cost of returning the item are borne by the customer.
Once the goods arrival in our warehouse, it will be examined for any damages not caused by transport. After checking the integrity of the goods, we will credit you the amount already paid by bank transfer to the account you indicated to our Customer Service.
The refund applies to all payments made and will be made not later than 30 days after receipt of goods, to be credited to the customer paid by bank transfer. The only costs are charged to the customer for return of the product. In the case where the user opts for the replacement of the product, the cost of sending the new product will be in its load.
Ejeans.it tries to meet customer dissatisfied with their purchase to replace the product (ability to change size or style change) or refunding the amount of the leaders (IF REASONABLE GROUNDS) except the shipping and extra for purchase on delivery .
For any change of size or product, all shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser.
